Lead Team Member

As a lead team member, you will be responsible for helping to lead and drive the daily restaurant operations of your Burgers@ location. You will be cross-trained to assist with FOH and BOH duties. A positive attitude, efficiency and excellent customer service are essential to being a lead team member. Team Cook

Burgers@ is seeking an experienced and qualified cook who shares our commitment to uncompromising quality of food and service. The cook is responsible for preparing all food orders within a timely manner, according to guests' special request, and Burgers@ recipes, while maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen. 

Restaurant Manager

The Burgers@ Restaurant Manager is responsible for creating a culture that reflects the company’s values. You will play a multi-faceted role, positioned as part of the management team but also hands on with managing daily operations, including recruiting, training, coaching and performance management of all staff members. We are looking for an experienced restaurant professional with an attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. We are committed to making Burgers@ a great place of employment and you will play a vital part in keeping our team’s energy and motivation high. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. In addition, the assistant manager oversees the inventory and ordering of all food and supplies, optimizes profits and ensures the guests are satisfied with their dining experience. You should be passionate about the restaurant industry, inspiring others, coaching, counseling, creating a profitable environment, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our assistant manager must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and facility management.
