Restaurant Manager
The Burgers@ Restaurant Manager is responsible for creating a culture that reflects the company’s values. You will play a multi-faceted role, positioned as part of the management team but also hands on with managing daily operations, including recruiting, training, coaching and performance management of all staff members. We are looking for an experienced restaurant professional with an attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding leadership to your team. In addition, the assistant manager oversees the inventory and ordering of all food and supplies, optimizes profits and ensures the guests are satisfied with their dining experience. You should be passionate about the restaurant industry, inspiring others, coaching, counseling, creating a profitable environment, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Our assistant manager must maintain high standards of restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and facility management.
